The FIDO Alliance is at the forefront of web security and user authentication, continually enhancing and expanding their web experience in line with the alliance’s growth and inclusion of multiple certification programs and specifications. 

As the alliance evolved, it became evident that their previous strategy for managing web content no longer met the needs, prompting a restructuring effort to elevate the user experience. I worked with them to define user journeys, revamp the home page structure, and enhance the web UX and UI. 

The decision to rebuild the web CMS was crucial to the forthcoming content strategy overhaul.  

CooperSurgical serves as the umbrella corporation for various women’s health brands within the medical and clinical sectors. In the process of revamping their corporate web presence, I spearheaded the strategic integration of multiple brands into a unified digital experience. This involved intricate communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and design/development collaborators.

Throughout the 10-month project, I oversaw the Discovery, Design, Development, and Deployment phases. Given the portfolio of over 30 child brands, the significance of my web strategy was indispensable for ensuring a successful launch.

Cue Health, a dynamic health-tech company, approached me for assistance with their corporate and eCommerce sites. With plans to go public, they required a seamless eCommerce experience built on Shopify that could also be integrated into their app for in-app purchases. Collaboration between the App Product Manager and myself was essential to ensure that the project was executed flawlessly.

Overseeing the project involved managing SCRUM sprints and working closely with the marketing, commercial, and data teams. My experience working across multiple teams within Cue allowed me to coordinate these efforts seamlessly, resulting in a successful outcome.

Our client approached my team with a request to improve their web portal, which was utilized for multiple marketing events. They required a new server and backend build to ensure sustainability in the future, as well as assistance with diagnosing technical bugs.

I conducted a thorough audit of the platform and identified problematic code, which allowed the engineering team to develop a more stable ID assignment function. This not only resolved the bugs but also ensured a seamless platform experience for the client’s users.

My expertise in diagnosing technical issues and collaborating with engineering teams enabled me to deliver a solution that exceeded our client’s expectations.

CASL’s investment platform is a powerful tool utilized by financial advisors to manage their clients’ investments. The platform’s user-friendly interface allows investors to customize their packages and seamlessly track all documentation pertaining to contractual terms.

I collaborated closely with the client to identify opportunities to enhance the platform’s functionality, particularly in the onboarding process. Together, we expanded the user database and implemented conditional logic to ensure that the onboarding process displayed the correct steps. Our goal was to design a more flexible and customizable onboarding flow that would allow administrators to tailor the process based on the client’s contract terms.

Thanks to our efforts, the new onboarding flow has streamlined the investor experience and empowered financial advisors to more effectively manage their clients’ investments..

Over 15 years ago, I was introduced to the world of logic controllers when we were searching for a more efficient solution than building custom PCBs for our electronic projects. At the time, our products primarily consisted of high-fidelity prototypes, and we needed a better way to streamline our production process.

With the advent of programmable circuit boards, we were finally able to build new products more efficiently. This technology allowed us to create a variety of timed logic controllers, which were instrumental in modern film and television productions.
